Return policy

At Palynor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, we understand that you may need to return a product. We therefore offer a flexible return policy to facilitate this process.

1. General Return Conditions

• You have 30 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
• Customized or heavily used products are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Items such as personal care products, underwear and intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service at e.comlepin@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
• Carefully pack the product with all original accessories and documents.
• Include a copy of the purchase invoice or packing slip with the returned product.
• Send the package to the following address: 26 Avenue Nelson Mandela.

3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process the corresponding refund within a reasonable time. The refund will be made according to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

4. Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part in sending the product.

5. Tracking Your Return

You can track the status of your return by contacting our customer service. We will keep you informed of the progress of the return process and refund.
